Refund Policy

At StartEase, we are committed to providing top-notch accounting, financial, and secretarial services through the internet. We understand that, on rare occasions, our clients may not be completely satisfied with the services provided. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the issue and providing a fair and prompt refund or credit towards future services.

If you're not satisfied with the service, please contact our customer service team immediately by logging into the Compliance Platform using your registered email address. In case you forgot the password, use the forgot password option to reset the password. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a satisfactory solution.

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to with details of the transaction to begin the refund process
  • Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 weeks from the date of request, once all relevant information has been received.

Our refund policy allows for requests to be made within 15 days of receiving the final deliverable. Any refund requests made after this period will not be accepted. Please note that refunds are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 25%, plus any earned fees and government fees already incurred by StartEase in connection with the services provided.

StartEase is not responsible for any penalties or taxes imposed on the client by government agencies. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all filings and payments are made accurately and on time. StartEase will not be liable for any penalties or taxes imposed on the client as a result of the client's failure to comply with their obligations.

It's important to note that before requesting a refund, clients should contact StartEase's customer service team to address any concerns about the service provided. StartEase will not be held liable for delays or non-compliance caused by government agencies or other factors outside of our control.

StartEase provides services based on the information and instructions provided by the client. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any procedure or service as there may be factors outside of our control that may affect the outcome such as Government's backlog, changes in laws, rules, regulations or policies, and other similar reasons. Any delay caused by these external factors will not be the responsibility of StartEase. We will, however, make our best effort to keep you informed about the progress of your service and any issues that may arise.
